all i thought was about the Christmas misa when i first stepped into the piazza st. pietro. i used to see it on tv but then i experienced it by myself. many tourists on hot hot heat summer. the interior was amazing, lots of great arts standing. from statues, sculptures, paintings, the ceiling and windows are magnificent. even the guards are such a charm. but too bad i didn't go to the tomb cos of my limited time.
I am Catholic, so Vatican City State is like a second home! Our hotel room in the Hotel Michelangelo had a wonderful view of the Dome of St. Peter's Basilica! The Vatican Museum is a must see! Viva Benedict XVI!

Three years ago, I received an invitation to attend Mass at S. Peter Church in the Vatican, on St. Joseph Day (19 March). It was the Name Feast of the Holy Father Benedict XVI (born Joseph Ratzinger). I was very impressed to see the Holy Father from such a short distance. An experience i will never forget.
Can any Muslim visit Vatican city? Please tell me that is there any program arranged for religious harmony or Christianity promotion that followers of other religions can attend freely? I am lecturer in Pakistan, therefore I want to get information about this holy city. So that, I can easily deliver my views about Vatican city to my students.
