Thanks to Reunion's history, cuisine is a mix of cultures: French, Indian ( Tamil & Bhojpuri ), Chinese & African. Typical dishes are cari and rougail which are a meat or fish cooked in a sauce and eaten with rice. Definitely worth a try!
In Reunion Island there are many lovely towns!Saint-Denis is the capital city, with some excellent restaurants , for people who like walking : there are two great places : one is along the sea front, must be more than 10 km !Don't know exactly ! The other is called "colline de la Trinité' which is wonderful too , I have uploaded some photos of both places of course! AND " Brulé " is a nice village , is part of St Denis, there the air is always fresh, even in summer ,...
Amazing island with white sand beaches, sun, sea, lagoon and a volcano! Twice a year you can watch fountains of lava gushing skywards and burning rivers flowing down the hillsides!
Where do I find the ideal situation for a vacation at La Réunion? Any recommendations? Thank you in advance!
