I'm planning to take the kids and go stay in Quito for about 3 months. I have been there 2 years ago but didn't sty enough to learn all thw names of the neighborhoods. So I am currently looking at places to rent and I am finding good affordable apartments but I have no clue whether they are in good neighborhoods or not.
