If you need more ideas, check out our suggestions and recommendations below.

#1 Walk to Wong Tai Sin Temple together

This is one of Hong Kong's most well-known and prominent temples and is right opposite to Wong Tai Sin MTR station so is easy to get to. It's a Taoist temple and shrine, and free to visit.

#2 Have picnic at Kowloon Park

As soon as you leave this free, leafy place, you are faced with the manic busy streets of Tsim Sha Tsui, yet in the park, you can relax to your heart's content. You will often see the locals dancing and meditating here, as well as practising some martial arts.

#3 Enjoy Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade at night

Take a free stroll along the promenade by day or night and admire the beauty of the famous skyline. Delve into Hong Kong's own "Hollywood" and get your photo taken with Bruce Lee, Hong Kong's most famous martial arts performer, celebrated here with his own bronze statue. Most travellers like to visit by day and night to get the variety of views.

#4 Explore Hong Kong Space Museum

The Hong Kong Space Museum is a museum of astronomy and space science in Tsim Sha Tsui. It’s a nice place if you want to get familiar with the astronomy and has a lot of information on the Chinese space history. Admission to Exhibition Halls costs only 10HKD (subject to change).

#5 Don’t miss Temple Street Market

Kowloon has many markets and they all offer something different; Temple Street is the most famous and the longest. You can buy there anything - from local food to erotic toys. Chinese fortune tellers also linger here and you never know what surprises are round the corner. It livens up after dusk.
