Boston  by Heather    3rd Dec 08
I love this place for the melting pot that it is. Go to an Irish bar, you'll hear the accent. Go to the North End, you'll hear all the Italian accents and speaking Italian. You can smell the garlic walking up and down the streets of the North End. You can get almost any type of authentic ethnic food in Boston. The new park is beautiful! Looking at the bridge at night from afar lit up is a site to see. It is a little conservative like someone else mentioned, you just have to catch people having a drink after work when they loosen up. There are also so many sites that have been in feature films shot on location in Boston...yes, more than Good Will Hunting was filmed here! You can take a trip on "Movie Mile" where they show you the location of scenes from films.

BeanTown  by Chelle    10th May 08
Boston is my hometown, and my family is still there. The nightlife is AWESOME - never a lack of something to do. History, clubs, it has it all...I visit as much as I can. I recommend walking the Freedom Trail - you'll see some really cool stops along the way. Faneuil Hall and Boston Commons are must-sees. And there is a ghost of a woman that walks through the Commons every so often at midnight...watch for her. ;)

Boston rocks (in a small city kin  by Shiva    8th May 08
I love Boston, still a wee bit conservative but a lot of fun! It has that small city feel with lots of beautiful buildings. I loved shacking my booty to some salsa beats at Sofia's or having a drink in one of the pubs in Cambridge.

Boston is the best city in the United States, No Doubt! From the riverside, to the open road sundays. Fenway park, to skateboarding downtown. It will always be my favorite.
