I went for a 2 week beach holiday. They do have large and clean beaches. Also the lifeguards are nice. I met a boy called Joo (well who doesn't have this name?? I asked him). He worked as a lifeguard nearby a beach club named Henriquez (I think, it's a long time ago).The people there were also very relaxed and kind. Although they didn't speak English. The city Portimo is very large and also nice to visit. I walked a lot in de neighborhood and had a great time. I hope to meet Joo some time to know how his life went. Is he a driver instructor.? Anyway, ele gatinho.

A Fantastic beach and some very nice hotels we stayed in one on the 2nd row back from the beach but this did not spoil the trip. Plenty of places to eat and relax in. The Locals were very friendly but i think this could be different in the summer months. It was peaceful and relaxing and you could sit anywhere on the beach it was great and very nice to get away from the uk.
