madeira the flower island just rent a car and drive the entire island you'll be amazed

Funchal is the capital city of one of the most beautiful Atlantic Islands, with astonishing landscapes, a great climate, beautiful cities and villages by the sea, marvellous places to visit. For those who like to visit real nice places on the world, Madeira is the one. Have a nice visit, and try not to fall in love with it! ;)

It's a beautiful island in the Atlantic Ocean. It's not the common sand paradise, for that you have the neighbor island Porto Santo, because it's a volcanic Island, but sure has beautiful landscapes and fauna. There's 3 times of the year better suited to visit Madeira. The summer with the moderate sunny weather, this includes (July, August and September), December de month of Xmas and the famous Madeira New years eve, and around February the Carnival. All of those times are very touristic in Madeira. If you like the nature and very different landscapes Madeira is a great place to visit.

Fabulous island, with the particularity that is summer almost all year.. i dont remember in two years living there not going out in a t-shirt..many..many.. tourists, great markets .. strong nightlife.. most people speak english. Its a must see, very particular island with great food... try the tuna steak with the fried corn... awesome but the only thing i didnt like was there were no beaches.. or yes there was but artificially made, the sand came from moroccos... but let that not be a problem catch the boat to porto santo island it costs about 54 euros to go and come back and its an amazing litle island with 16 km of beach..what do u want more?? Ohh u need to make reservations with very very early if u plan to spend the new years there because it gets literally full!! Fantastic fireworks, great atmosphere and u can get a boat and watch it all from the boat is amazing... also carnival is big since the people from amdeira love to party and to prepare big shows!!
