Tarlac is situated in the northern part of Luzon. The locals, called Tarlakeos, speak either of the two local dialects: Kapampangan or Ilocano. There's a business center but the province in mainly cornfields and sugarcane. You can see a lot of vast fields of other crops as well.

This is the city's business district. It is a quite narrow street road which leads to establishments that caters basic needs such as groceries, wet and dry market, department store, malls, food chains, restaurants and many others.

i stayed for two nights here in this hotel and it's cheap... accomodation, food and services are ok... if you drop by the northern part of luzon and no place to stay... try this one...
