Tarlac City  by Pinay    4th Apr 08
Tarlac is situated in the northern part of Luzon. The locals, called Tarlakeos, speak either of the two local dialects: Kapampangan or Ilocano. There's a business center but the province in mainly cornfields and sugarcane. You can see a lot of vast fields of other crops as well.

F. Tanedo St.  by Mariel    20th Feb 08
This is the city's business district. It is a quite narrow street road which leads to establishments that caters basic needs such as groceries, wet and dry market, department store, malls, food chains, restaurants and many others.
