This place is a haven for people who love nature especially beach bums and surfers. I also highly recommend this place for people who are trying to get away from busy city life, either to unwind or to refresh. See you there!

Baler is a place to visit if one thinks of peace, quiet and tranquility. The beaches, the mountains, the coconut trees, surfing, mountain climbing, or simply go on a retreat, could make one busy for a week or a month.

The town of Baler is the birth place of former President Manuel L. Quezon. It celebrates its town fiesta every 19th of August. The best things you can find here, peace, adventure, tourist spots- yes the beaches and other bodies of water, nice people, and very simple lifestyle. The people I met who've been here would like to come back again because of its beauty, quite unspoiled compared to other places. Its about 4 hours drive from the nearest city, Cabanatuan, just enjoy the trip and you wont notice the rugged road but soon to be completed in concrete. There is really lots of beaches here in Baler and nearby towns, just take your pick and you wont be disappointed.
