I stayed in Latvia for nearly two weeks and it seems people are so friendly and calm. Their own and relaxed life style attracted me very much. Old Riga is so fascinating . Have to be little careful when crossing roads at pedestrian crossings since the signal system is little bit confusing.

i stay in Latvia for 6 years a lovely country, but with in last few years it has change a lot as i heard,but don't know the real situation, but it has become very expensive as well, old town area is really nice you have to stay some time to get the know the place,specially if you know Latvian then fine, but security vice have to be careful.

I have not visited in Latvia for over 5 years (but been banking there for past 10, onshore haven back during Eastern Europe opening up) Almost forgot what a fabulous city it is and colorful history. I found the different cultures interesting and Old Riga still has the old city charm.
