Hafa Dai  by Joseph    14th Oct 08
Locals are generally warm and hospitable. Although this is not a pleasure trip, work became play as they became my friends. Another thing is there are a lot of Filipinos here! I was actually surprised. One good friend's brother who has been in the island for a decade showed me around. Staying in Guam needs a lot of energy! I almost did not sleep due to bars and clubs i visited!!! ONE OF THE BEST!

Guam  by Sumathy    20th Jul 08
The Latte Stones familiar to Guam residents and visitors alike were in fact a recent development in Pre-Contact Chamorro society. The latte stone consists of a head and a base shaped out of limestone. Archaeologists using carbon-dating have broken Pre-Contact Guam (i.e. Chamorro) history into three periods: "Pre-Latte" (B.C. 2000? to A.D. 1) "Transitional Pre-Latte" (A.D. 1 to A.D. 1000), and "Latte" (A.D. 1000 to A.D. 1521). Quite and Relaxing  by Rase    4th Apr 08
Quam, is a small island with not unlimited this to do. There is one major area with Planet Hollywood and Hard Rock Cafe. If you like the Jungle and to dive this is nice relaxing place to visit. I received my certification and Guam has a few crash sight (Japanese Planes and sunken ships). If you are into military history there are allot of Japanese bunkers throughout the island... Cool for long walks and great hiking trails...
