Thank you. That is my house in the east end of the city, Transcona. It used to be a seperate town, but Winnipeg grew out to it and "swallowed it up" in 1972. The Filipino sections I was telling you about are the "West End" (which is not an end really, as the city has grown way beyond it), and "The Maples", the huge Asian quarter, which is in the north-west frontier.
