To use email footer:

Click on the following link and save the file to your desktop
|

The file will be saved by default to your Desktop. Change this by using 'Tools> Options

Save the downloaded file 'globalwarming_signature.htm' to the following directory:
'c:\documents & settings\[your user name]\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures'
|

|
|
Open Outlook 2007
|
|

|
Click the 'Tools' menu, and select 'Options...'
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
Click the 'Mail Format' tab, and click 'Signature' button
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
3.
|
Within the 'Signatures and Stationary' window select 'globalwarming_signature' to edit
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
4.
|
Select 'globalwarming_signature' from the 'New messages' list and/or the 'Replies/forwards' list and click 'OK'
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
5.
|
Click 'OK' on the 'Options' window
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
6.
|
Your Global Warming signature will now be applied to all your outgoing emails
