To use email footer:

Click on the following link and save the file to your desktop

The file will be saved by default to your Desktop. Change this by using 'Tools> Options'

Open Outlook 2003

Click the 'Tools' menu, and select 'Options...'

Select the 'Mail Format' tab and click 'Signature' button
|
|
|
|
|

On 'Create Signature' window select 'New'
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Enter a name for your new signature in the field provided, choose 'Use this file as a template' and select the 'Browse' button
|

|
|
|
|
|

Locate the 'globalwarming_signature.htm' file and click 'Select'
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
Click 'Next' on the 'Create New Signature' window
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
7.
|
Click 'Finish' on the 'Edit Signature' window
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
8.
|
Click 'OK' on the 'Create Signature' window
|

|
|
|
|
|
9.
|
Click 'OK' on the 'Options' window
|

|

Your Global Warming signature will now be applied to all your outgoing emails
