WAYN Photo Policy

WAYN believes strongly in protecting and respecting the rights of copyright owners of images and as such, would like to outline our strict photo upload policy which applies to all WAYN.com members and users of the WAYN.com service.

WAYN.com members agree to adhere to this policy when opting to agree to the WAYN.com terms and conditions and privacy policy, which all members must agree to prior to becoming registered members of WAYN.com. Other users of WAYN.com must also adhere to this policy in full.

All photos uploaded to WAYN cannot: Profile photos cannot be images of:
  • include external links,
  • contain personal info (e-mail addresses etc.),
  • break copyrights,
  • be of advertising/commercial nature,
  • be images of celebrities,
  • contain nudity (including cartoon version),
  • contain obvious sexual activity,
  • be images of savage nature (e.g. showing the mutilation of people, animals, flesh wounds etc.),
  • present illegal drugs, people using them etc.
  • include hate symbols,
  • include abusive words/gestures
  • promote terrorist activity
  • contain words written in languages other than English.
  • inanimate objects,
  • pets or animals,
  • children,
  • fake or bogus, personalities
  • animated images,
  • nudity,
  • celebrities,
  • images showing the external links, email addresses, website addresses, phone numbers, etc. ,
  • images of an explicit or sexual nature.
Apart from all the above rules, Profile Photo must:
  • be member’s current image,
  • show his/her face clearly,
  • be in a high quality.

ALL DUPLICATED PHOTOS WILL BE REMOVED!

*If you see any photos on the WAYN.com service that do not confirm to the WAYN.com photo policy as outlined above in full, please report such images by clicking on the ‘report abuse’ link relevant to that entry or user, or contact WAYN.com support at the following email: support@wayn.com and we will investigate and deal with the matter usually within 48 hours.
