I recommend Club Museum all Wednesday. Good music, a people friendly. Its localizated in San Telmo. Very good!!!!

where is a good and safe place to stay?

The city is wonderful. It has so much to offer. From sunny patio restaurants to awsome theatres, museums, rides on carriage, etc. Beautiful architecture that reminds you or Paris at times, at other moments you think you are in Spain. It is very European, yet unique. The combination of modern and old style in and out of buildings is fascinating. It is one of my favourite cities in the world.
