what the best time to visit stockholm? there a lot of things to keep me busy how peoples will to receive me?

Stockholm. My home town. By visitors from other countries often called "Venice of the North". Why? Stockholm is surrounded by lake Mälaren and the Baltic Sea which put you in the nice situation that´s it never fare to a sea view from the sights you´re exploring. Depending on the time of the year you´re visiting I strongly recommend to explore the Stockholm Archipelago by boat, bus or car. Many of the nearby Islands can be reached with bus or car. Other "must see" is of course the Royal castle and the Vasa Museum. The Old medival town in the city centre is also worth to spend some time exploring. Welcome!
