Wallaby Ranch is a great place for newbies to the sport of hang-gliding. The park's specialty is tandem aerotowing: You and an instructor are strapped into a two-person glider, then lifted into the air by a lightweight towplane. After your glider is released at around 2,000 feet, you through the sky, enjoying the scenery before steering back back to the ground! Whew! You man the controls and you hang in there! Awesome feeling!
