There are many of these in the Cleveland Area. My favorite is in Independence. Follow 77 South from downtown and exit at Rt 21 Brecksville road and after about 3/4 mile Cozumel's is on your left. Its got the best value in authentic Mexican food and perhaps the best margaritas around. I usually enjoy a full pitcher myself. Are wonderful. As usual never-ending fresh tortilla chips and fresh salsa are presented. Full menu has i bet over 100 options. Try the fajitas, one fajita is usually ore than enough for two people.
