Beautiful weather, mauka showers in the morning...wow...only in my dreams...never really appreciate it before when I used to lived here in the Island...but now...coming to visit for a couple of days...makes my heart ache...seeing my brother, nieces and nephews just makes me cry...
My husband and I stayed at the Presidential Cottage in Kaneohe Bay...gorgeous...wrap around lanai...u can see the ocean around the cottage...we walked early morning on the beach....invited relatives to see the place...cant quite explain how I feel....i want to go back !!!!

Hawaii is definitely worth it! by

Hawaii is one of those "must see places before you die" kind of thing. The culture is so unique as well as most of the food. There are so many things to do and see, I do not even know where to begin. Learning to surf is a must as well as trying some of the local food. Make sure you hit at least one or two of the island bakeries. A luau is in order and shopping is also a must do. If you are headed to Oahu or the Big Island, make sure you do some good research and figure out what you want to do and see beforehand. Last, get a rental car for sure and do not forget your camera!

Fun, laid back, soft, never cold just brilliant.
3 Islands so different to each other just with the same basic core warmth in every way.
The air is sweet and soft,an unwittingly sensual atmosphere seems to override every practical concern.
Movie and picture postcard perfect.
I am totally in love with the islands some more than others.
Pretty perfect place!!!
I'd love to live there!

Kauai just grand, so soft and warm. walk barefoot everywhere, try 'tree' in Kapaa #1 and I ate at a lot of spots in 3 months. Hike the pali when theirs no rain. Try Hanapepe friday nights for local art. Go island time!
