Watching this theatre dance troupe grace the stage squeezes out of you gasps of awe and how-can-they-do-that-without-popping-a-hamstring cringes. Since 1977 it has been bringing grace and agility to Colorado Springs, with an emphasis on ballet and modern dance. Each year it sponsors up to five performances with national and international dance companies, and, in the past, have included the Dance Theatre of Harlem and the world-famous Superstars of the Bolshoi. The troupe also sponsors master classes, kid's performances and workshops.
