For almost 30 years this casual barbecue joint has been a popular mainstay in Colorado Springs. There is nothing fancy about it with its menu board and outdoor picnic tables which overlook a railroad yard, but then again that is usually the sign of a true barbecue restaurant. Try a full slab of ribs, or for something less messy opt for the sliced beef. The barbecue chicken is also popular. Beans and cole slaw accompany all meals. Take-out is also available.
