It has an excellent location you can walk to some attractions like Puerta del Sol, if you like shopping near there you find department store like the Corte Ingles to several souvenirs shops; it also has a nearby Metro station and bus stop. The room was clean not too big, but with everything you need to have a good night rest. The breakfast was very good like a small buffet and the staff is very friendly.

Moved here for 3 nights after the shock of my hostel in the same city. Best Western provide a good hotel at a fair price. If you want to be in the center of it all in Madrid, the Best Western Carlos V is a great place to stay. Metro stops for two different lines are located within a five minute walk of the hotel, and it is easy to walk to many of the major sites. Also, you can find anything you need, including groceries, at the El Corte Ingles department store just across the street.
