Al Jubail city is located on the south eastern coast of Saudi Arabia and was created as an industrial city. SABIC, one of the largest petrochemical companies in the world has its plants there. Being a coastal town it has some nice beaches and one 5 star hotel. The closest airport is Dammam which is around 100 km away. The temperature ranges between 38 and 47 degrees Celsius during summer. The city is well connected by its road network though taxis are hard to come by. The city is quite traditional being in a religiously conservative kingdom.

Jubail City is located at the coast of the Persian Gulf. About an hour ride from Eastern Province capital Dammam. SABIC has its plants here along with other industrial companies. Making this city an ex pats hub though the city has nothing much to offer. Fanateer area is the only decent area to unwind with modest mall around and an esplanade. It has one 5 five star hotel and the rest is 2 star. Weather is generally hot starting April to October beyond those months were cold.
