The land of restrictions
Posted at 05:19, 26 Nov 2008
rating: 3.0
Singapore is one of the cleanest countries you can hope to visit. Its nice but expensive. I personally do not like to visit this country because everything is too controlled. You cant smoke in a pub, cant eat chewing gum, cant do this, cant do that....too much cant do....

Where no one is above the Law
Posted at 15:18, 20 Nov 2008
rating: 4.0
I've been in this country for countless times since 1993, this is a place where law is properly implemented without a hitch i like it though there are so many restrictions but of course it is necessary for a nation to prosper we need to sacrifice some of our rights for the betterment of everyone. And it's sad to say that we don't have this.

My second home.
Posted at 01:54, 18 Nov 2008
rating: 4.0
Singapore is my second home. I've been working here for more than a year now. I love it here because the country and its government are very concerned about preserving their environment. If you've been here, you will see big trees in the middle of the city. The suburbs looks like rain forests with moss on trunks of trees. The air is not polluted is the place is very clean. The people though is a different story.. not all but a lot are mean and rude. A lot of foreigners experience racial discrimination, some say locals here feel they are the superior race. But this is their country and I am but a foreign worker, I abide by their rules and just ignore the bigots and try to be happy with some friends I have made. If you are a nature lover, you will definitely like the nature reserves here in Singapore. I also love the Singapore Zoo and Night Safari. Singapore definitely is a place worth seeing.
