a week in sudan  by T............    14th May 09
It was only a week, but it was very very long week. The weather was very very hot and dusty, but by the end of the week it was ok, people are very friendly. There are some places to go but not much, Afra Mall in Khartoum, some local delicious food, traffics are organized excluding rushing time, all people work as traders, excellent place to work , very safe indeed

Sudan Is My Home  by Sakura    3rd May 09
I live in Khartoum, it's called the triangle capital, since it include 3 cities Umderman, Bahri and Khartoum. which the Blue Nile and White Nile separate them. The two Niles join in Khartoum to form the great Nile. This city is so colourful, houses are colourful, weather, sand and the sky, every thing is alive. People are welcoming and so kind even with the burning sun above their heads... life has a meaning here, that's how I see my country,...

South of Sudan Review  by Cikmang    15th Jul 08
Hi, I've been here such as mention date n year mention. I'm most probably at south area for the oil and gas development project as project management team. However the distance from their state city to here is about 1200km and normally we are using a flight to came here with 2.45hrs flight. Nice place with savanna jungle and swamp area not hot like at north site as I am going before. The local people here have a very little education knowledge but its friendly and sometimes not also..looks on the situation and their religion most probably is Christian in here (south) not like at North Sudan when there is most probably Muslim. For the holiday trip- .here is not. It is permitted area. Only who's the strong mental can still and alive here with happy. I'm just gathering the information.
