Albufeira - Something for everyon  by David    30th Nov 08
Albufeira is a wonderful place to visit. I went in the summer (July) and the weather was absolutely beautiful. Not a cloud in the sky for two weeks (makes a nice change to England!) The people there are lovely and friendly! There are plenty of things to do. Water parks, beaches, golf and many other activities! There are also many parts surrounding the main town where it's lovely and quiet if you're after that kind of experience. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to single people, couples and families alike!

Albufeira  by Inês    26th Sep 08
What can I say about it? It is very relaxing and a really good place for vacations! Well, the worst thing is if you are Portuguese you will not feel that you are in Portugal! you will feel like if you were visiting England's territory! but, except that, it is a beautiful town and the people are polite. You will feel happy for be there!

Where's the sand?  by Bruno    31st Aug 08
Well... here you can find beaches where you must wait for someone to leave, in order for you have a space on your own. It was a somewhat disappointing trip. Little offer during the day in a region where everything was built and made thinking of beach travelers. If you want something else, go somewhere else.

Great for off season  by Alan    6th Apr 08
If you fancy a really relaxing off season break then go to portugal. The weather is good in line with spain, but the people are very chilled and its great just to take it easy. WARNING ignore the time share people they are a pain in thebum. Generally though I have been there twice and I reakon i will be back again.

Jan  by Steve    1st Apr 08
Got there from Lisbon in Jan the apartments we stayed in were not the best. But the location was in the centre of the old Village so away from the new builds that i think have ruined this area. we were a matter of metres from the sea and the white sands. There was a fantastic place to eat as well yards from the block we were in. In Short Jan was quiet sea was not warm but the sun was and the people friendly and there were not many loud mouth drunks around to spoil the time very nice and all at 7.50 a night each
