Puerto Princesa, Palawan -- how c  by Jona Lane    16th Jan 09
The place is great! If your budget is low but you really want to see what nature has.. Puerto Princesa is the place to be.. I have stayed here for two weeks and I have survived having not that much of a cash. The food is great as well especially sea foods which I love. Island hopping does not cost that much. I suggest that you rent a boat instead of paying to a travel agency or to a hotel that offers this kind of package trip. You won't even have to share it with other people at least. I will surely come back here for new memories!

great place  by MsLovely    17th May 08
The island province of Palawan has been declared as a nature sanctuary of the world, and for good reason. It is wrapped in a mantel of rain forests, outstanding dive sites, majestic mountains, primeval caves, and pristine beaches. It is surrounded by a coral shelf that abounds with varied and colorful marine life. It boasts of exotic flora and fauna, like the mousedeer and the scaly anteater, that are found nowhere else. Palawan waters are among the best in the world, not only for diving but also for fishing. A diver's paradise, it has miles of sub-surface coral and rainbow reef walls which surround the coasts and coves teeming with rich marine life.
