thumbs up!  by Carla    11th Nov 08
I was there recently when we held a surprise birthday party for my former boss. The food was memorable and the staff were very helpful. They accommodated our requests and assisted in every way to ensure the success of our surprise. One staff even volunteered to be on watch for us. I have nothing but nice things to say about The Pen! Applaud for you for nice work done!

A Gift  by Susan    9th Nov 08
We were at the Pen in 2003. My youngest daughter, Rizz Ann, won the gift certificate for a night at the pen. We were supposed to stay at a family room but when we checked in, no family room was available. They gave us two adjoining rooms instead. So I invited my brother's family to join us. The kids enjoyed the experience very much. They were awed with the fittings in the room and by the big tub. The buffet table beckoned them and made their stay very memorable. The staff were also very solicitous and gracious. KUDOS to them

A 3 day inn  by Gina    30th Oct 08
That date is my first time stay in this Hotel w/ my hubby taking a big break from 5 months on board the ship. I remember that I love so much the lobby where I used to have coffee w/ my Family. The service was excellent and the array of a gastronomic Buffet I love it. from time to time till now I still visit esp. if I am meeting some friends.. It is another place to recommend and I guess I will always miss to drop by...

Heavenly  by Tattianna    28th Oct 08
I've been around a few hotels in Manila, Philippines and The Peninsula, I would say, would be one of my favorites. They serve good food, the people are really accomodating and the place is very much accessible to shopping districts. The hotel has a very elegant facade and would really catch attention amidst a very busy place such as the city of Makati. I would love to go back there anytime I'll be around the area.

A business and leisure place  by Chona    27th Oct 08
One of the rooms in this hotel once served as our office for GAP Far East Ltd. in 1991. I like best the breakfast coffee at the lobby and the bacon enzaymada from the pastry shop. In the evenings as we wind up our busy day, the piano music at the lobby is very relaxing.
