coincidence

actually I never dream of being in PNG. I was in duty in West Papua Indonesia, I passed by the borderline between PNG and Indonesia. From the top of the hill in borderline ( I forgot the name) , I saw a very beautiful beach, clean blue water, then I decided to enter the immigration..going to Vanimo...

Family Vacation
Posted at 02:41, 22 Apr 2008
rating: 3.0
Stayed mostly with my Dad in Rabaul but also stayed a couple of days with my brother in the boondocks. I forgot the name of the village where the school he was teaching in was located. Beaches were okay but was really fascinated by the the military equipment left by the Japanese during World War II

Star Dancer Dive Boat
Posted at 17:53, 09 Dec 2007
rating: 2.0
We found the diving to be less than expected. We flew to Kimbe on the island of New Britain and boarded the dive boat from Walindi Plantation. There were only 5 passengers on the boat, less than the 14 or so it should have carried, so they didn't get to the more remote reefs. We hit all of the highlights on New Guinea: Port Moresby, Ambua Lodge, Mt. Hagen, and Goroka.

I don't know the exact dates because it was a long time ago,but I loved it at the time. I often dream about going back but I haven't.
