Just spent 4 days there and it was really lovely.I stay at the Panama hotel it nice and most conveniently located. there is lots to do and see. shopping is great and the people are warm and friendly. You have got to see the panama canal in operation, and at night there are lots of grand casinos and there are always the nightclubs if gambling is not your style.

it is a nice place they have different cultures, we stay a Monteral hotel and Riazor hotel in the town , where we shop at el festival , orange and other stores

Spent 2 years there. Had a great time and met a lot of high power people. Went up country to Ocoul people treated me like a king. Did some diving on the east end of the canal beautiful coral reefs. Great party all over Panama city loved it had such a great time people were so friendly.

Was staying at Colin which was pretty hot but great food and the canal was so great.

I love Mi Familia! I love the Food, the music, the dancing, the cultural festivals, the people, the funny painted buses (but they will run you over), the GREEN country side and beautiful jungles. Panama City is nice, but becoming too commercial. Go visit Colon, Zona Libre (Free Zone - Americans go get your shopping on...) Tour the Canal, Portobello, Gatun Lake... RIP MI ABUELA! TE QUERO MUCHO.
