I went to Cancun with a friend and we had a good time. Stayed at Tucuman Beach Resort which was an average resort. Plenty to do in Cancun. Too Americanized in my opinion, but i knew this going in. Choose this destination b/c my friend had a budget, Cancun was cheap! I've been to Playa del Carmen-- WAY better! Not much beach in Cancun, rough waves makes it difficult to swim or engage in water sports. Night life is great! Reminded me of Vegas in a way. Went on a couple excursions- Isla Mujeres which was awesome, and the Party Hopper tour which was fun as well. If your young and want to party and love the warm weather, this is the place for you!

Cancun is a great place to spend your vacation, its near to wonderful, beautiful places, such one of the new 7 wonders of the world, yep I'm talking about chichen itza, you can go there and the have a nice yucatecan dinner, relleno negro, frijol con puerco, queso relleno, those are delicious and you will never forget it, of course there is another colonial city, merida the capital of the state of yucatan, as a personal suggestion visitor in Cancun should spend 2 or 3 nights there.

Great place! I was there for a few days, great beaches, fantastic facilities at the resort with great service, very nice, friendly people and lots of places to see. Plenty of activities are on offer like scuba diving, underwater caves, snorkeling, ancient temple visits etc..

Hey guys if you ever get the chance i would recommend to live in Cancun for a time. Theres nothing like!!!! The weather is great the people, just ask Nikki if you don't believe me. Ask her about the bar called 77, the best downtown bar there!!!

We had a great time, this was actually our second time going. Hopefully we can plan another trip soon, we had so much fun on the beach, and at the pool. We also met a lot of nice people.
