Well, actually I live  by Elena    26th Dec 08
Well, actually I live in Mexico...In October I passed great time for two week knowing south-east part of this beautiful and rich country with Julia tour. It was lovely: meet new friends, discover other cultures... I would love to come back very soon because there are many things to see...

Day of the Dead  by Oscar    6th Nov 08
Mexico is one of the best places to visit. Not only are people nice to foreigners but it's also full of traditions and celebrations all year round. Now Mexico is getting ready to celebrate "Da de Muertos" a combination of Spanish Catholicism and ancient Mexican believes about death. Cemeteries and houses are decorated with Cempaxchitl flowers, which is an orange flower only grown in October- November and ancient Mexicans always related to death. There's also food and drinks, specially those that the loved one, now departed, used to love when alive. Unfortunately, many young people don't care much for it anymore, and other traditions such as Halloween are becoming more widely celebrated. Having fun is ok but I think respecting and keeping our own traditions alive, is much more fun.

Marvelous Mexico  by Pramila    30th Sep 08
I found Mexico City to be one of the best place I have ever been to. I was in the capital for just a week and I enjoyed every single day. I headed straight to Zinco Jazz Club, straight from the airport with all my baggage, thanks to my friend. I liked Chapultepec and Xocalo. But I liked the people the best. Before going to Mexico, I have heard lots and lots of things about crime in the city but I never felt unsafe in the city. Oaxaca is equally beautiful. I hope I can go to Mexico once again because there is so much to see.
