Beautiful Place. Went to Kurumba Island Resort with friends and had a wonderful time. Great property, great service and friendly staff. Their water sports activities rock!

Maldives during the Tsunami trage  by Joey De    17th Dec 08
I visited the Maldives in December 2004. Even though I was caught in the Tsunami epidemic being 7 months pregnant and with a 3 year old I enjoyed the hospitality of the locals and the hotels who attempted to make things as easy and comfortable as they could. I would definately go back again. I thank God and the Maldives for ensuring that my son and unborn child were kept save while the rest of the country were realing from the Tsunami tragedy.

Maldives  by Haneef202    10th Oct 08
Maldives is a very Romantic and quit place, it is very good for Honeymooner. Maldives is called the last paradise on earth. It is a virgin tropical island with white sand, lovely palm trees, clean water and beautiful turquoise lagoons. It is a tiny nation in the middle of the Indian ocean consisting of 1200 tiny coral islands. It is excellent honeymoon Resort.

One of the beautiful places in South Asia.Yet powered with ferry transport. Beautiful sceneries. Beautiful buildings. Fascinating hotels & spas. But something lacking in the people day to day life. There are no proper vision amongst the youngsters. Family virtues are being forgotten amongst most of the youth.

Maldives  by Vaiharththanan    21st Sep 08
It had become my second homeland since April 2008. Fascinating place. One of the beautiful places in South Asia. It had become my first destination for foreign employments. Working here is quite different. No buses. Yet powered with ferry transport. Beautiful sceneries. Beautiful buildings. Fascinating hotels & spas. But something lacking in the people's day to day life. There are no proper vision amongst the youngsters. Family virtues are being forgotten amongst most of the youth. Everything for sole entertainment. Which leads to severe destruction to the future of the young people and eventually it is going to affect the future of this country.
