Acco known also as Acre is a lovely town in the northern western Galilee. The walls surrounding the old city and gates are dated back to 1750 and withstood Napoleon siege. Take a lovely walk on the walls near the sea and end at the small harbor. Jezzar Pasha Mosque dated back to the same date is the second largest in the Middle East! The Knights' Halls are giving a prospective of large scale buildings by the Hospitallers Knights at the Crusaders' era. Take a short walk also through the bazaar. Just outside the city there is the shrine of Baha' U’ llah with exquisite gardens and impressive Roman aqueduct used to bring water to Akko.
