My Hometown  by Aoife    11th Sep 08
Well, Dungarvan is nice place to visit, the Quay at night time is beautiful, the lights are really something. it is just a small town, but the parks are being landscaped and they've just finished the one in Abbeyside, it's really lovely now. On Thursdays there is a Market in the Main Square, organic veg, fresh local fish, real french crepes from areal french man, a German guy with a lovely chocolate stand, a lot of which is Fair trade, the German guy also makes unreal Hot Chocolate! none of your Cadbury powder stuff. We actually have a lot in Dungarvan now that I've started, pubs, restaurants and nightclubs, none of them are huge, but it's the small size that make them so comfortable. Shopping center, big cinema, golf courses, swimming pools, beaches, we have quite a bit. and it's friendly.
