This is very nice hotel with some interesting architecture, combining elements of old local with comfortable modern. The views are nice and the temperature of the town is cool enough that you do not really need air conditioning at night. The food was fine, but it would have been better if they blended more worth famous local Minang cuisine, even if the new comers need to be warned that this food can be rather spicy. The facilities are good if you need a business conference or seminar.
