London's calling!  by Alexa    27th Oct 09
I loved London!! I had an amazing time there being my first solo trip overseas! London has lots to see, and I don't mean the obvious tourist attractions. I tried to soak as much as I could from the gardens, the parks, the churches, the eateries, the people! I would definitely go back for a longer stay!

London Trip  by Pearl    3rd Jun 09
I went to London when I was 23 years old. It was real experience for me as that was my first trip overseas. I was there for 21 days and stayed with a cousin of my friend. We had an enjoyable time visiting Buckingham Palace to experience the changing of the guards etc. We had a good laugh after we were nearly knocked over by the marching guards while taking a picture. The experience on the London red bus where we saw a group of demonstrators marching across the street and a bomb hoax at the underground tube station was a first for me. The weather was real cold and I had to put on 3 layers of cothes each day. If I am outside, I will be jumping up and down like a monkey to keep myself warm. I will also eat non stop because that is the only way to keep warm. It was after that trip that I started to put on weight and managed to break my history of being 48 kg at 5' 6".

A refresing Country  by Karishma    16th Apr 09
Its a nice picturesque place. Very refreshing to go out in Mornings. I was there last October. I loved the country side. But the weather was terrible,I'm not used to such temperatures, being from South America and so much clothes,I ran out of clothes,I had to buy more there. I would love to go back, but in the summer. I stayed in Nottingham, visited Leicester , Did not get to visit London. But its a good place to visit, considering all the history associated with that country. Shopping is good too ,but I found things were too much over priced especially food stuff.
