If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful life, Faroe Island is the right place for you. People are nice, warm and very friendly. The place is surrounded by mountains, waterfalls and sea. I stayed in Klaksvik for 3 months, the second largest place in Faroe Islands, only 2 pubs are available in this island. Not so much fun in this place. I also had a chance to see the other island and i really enjoyed the view of the entire island. I would like visit this place again.

Faroe Islands is located between Denmark & Iceland and is just a couple of hours flight from Copenhagen. The country is very small with a total population of less than 60K. The most amazing thing about the country is the people who are very friendly & polite. The capital Torshavn offers some of the most beautiful views of the ocean and has got many cliffs overlooking the sea. There are a number of fjords here and is very beautiful to see them while driving down or when you are on a small boat ride in them. Though there are no much outlets for night life you can spend time in the small cafes and pubs along the harbour in Torshavn. I would rate this place as a MUST VISIT one.

I cant find any info about the nightlife at the Faroe Islands. But there are some pubs and discos in the capital, Trshavn. For the young, age 18-25, is there a disco called Eclipse and its a cool place:) for the older people, age 25 , are one club called Rex and its also very nice:) af U need a place to sit, just to chill and hava a drink, U can visit, Caf Natr, Manhattan, Glitnir, Hvonn and some others.. there are also a bowling, eating and drinking place in Trshavn, called Want To Bowl. So there are a lot of good places for all kind of people here and the nightlife can be pretty crazy and wild if you choose the right place for your night;)

I have been there and I love it, the most beautiful nature, culture and easy life, i advice to go there... Mountains, is a small world surrounded by water with the most amazing views.... I hope that i can go again there soon.
