Well I had a great New Years in London, maybe next time I won't go to the London Eye for the fireworks though, the crowds are nasty and it took 3 hours to get back to the apt which is a 30min trip usually. It didn't help that it was New Years so almost everyone was drunk, that didn't help the crowds move fast. Also anyone travelling in the winter should be advised that Great Britain can't handle even a little snow! My flight back to Spain was cancelled due to 4 inches of snow on the runway. It wasn't just my flight though, they shut the whole airport down for about 12-15 hours, thousands of people were left to sleep in the terminals, waiting to see if the could get on another flight or not. So in short i would advise anyone travelling in the winter to be flexible and check the weather before you fly, if any snow falls while you are here...delays and cancellations are just a given!

A Good river with lots of good restaurants and good boat parties, museums, pubs with chips and beer, tours in the city. Changing of guards in Buckingham palace. Beautiful good parks with green plantations

We stayed at a small hotel called the Charles Dickens Hotel. It was great the people were so friendly! The tube is right there so you have access to the whole city. The museums, the operas, the restaurants, pubs, tours, everything was so much fun! The changing of the guard was wonderful to experience. I will go back the first chance I get!

Stayed at Sherton Park Plane. Great location everything is at a walking distance, the shopping zone Oxford Street, Bond Street, Picadilly Circus, Hard Rock Cafe is just 50 meters from the hotel and you can just take a stroll and watch the Changing of Guard ever morning. The walk in the park right opposite to the Hotel is breath of fresh air and the hotel window over looking the park. You can get up in the morning and feel so fresh.

London is so busy city as traffic is so crowded. I found people are so busy there. It is highly developed. There is mixed types of people. They speak different languages in the metro. It is bit dirty in the station. train services are so nice. I have seen some people so manner less as they are from outside England. It must be controlled otherwise bad massage will go with us as a tourist.
