Study Trip  by G    23rd Apr 08
The main purpose of the trip was to study in Greenwich university. It was quiet a new experience, I thought the English people are unfriendly but discover that I was totally mistaking. The professors were very much helpful, nice and humorous. We enjoyed their courses a lot. They also planned a trip for us to London, it was great. We took the shuttle bus and went through the sights of London.

London  by Lady    4th Jan 08
Nice city! Slightly dirty. best part was the museums and the tower bridge at night. Tips: Do not inhale when inside a 'superman' phone box. And always take an umbrella, because no matter how sunny it is, torrential rain is just around the corner.

I've been all around the world and I still love to come home to London. The city never sleeps but you can go from 24/7 clubbing to sublime quietness in a matter of minutes. There is nothing better than laying on the grass on Hampstead Heath and watching the shooting stars after a great night out! In my area alone we have 84 restaurants and 27 pubs one of which has a stage downstairs for comedy evenings. There are night clubs everywhere for the evenings and loads of historical things to fill the days. If you love shopping then look no where else..! You can go straight from watching the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace to trendy Kensington for the latest in fashion clothing or if you want fashion on the cheap try to haggle on Oxford Street. Guess I love the old city.

STILL MISS LONDON WHERE I USED TO LIVE! It is expensive though and SO SAD to lose the lovely old Routemaster red buses you could just jump on and off! It is a bit dirty in places though; but so many interesting places to go - lovely parks in summer as well. It is 'buzzing'! Must make another trip soon from quite old West of England!

The city centre  by Petka    7th Jun 08
I really liked London, however it depends where you go there. I can recommend center (of course) and then parts round Richmond are really nice...
