Central African Republic (CAR) was an interesting place to visit. It is extremely under-developed and hard to get around. There are few paved roads connecting cities and few tourist type hotels. It is definitely not a country geared towards tourism. With that said, I enjoyed my visit. I saw a ton of different wildlife while traveling the country. The countryside is beautiful. The people I met were friendly. It definitely has tourist potential. Unfortunately, it is not the safest place. Our bus was stopped several times by bandits and it appeared that in several parts of the country, the government/police had no control.

central africa is nice place. its very hot place. there are many jungles.
