Very beautiful city surrounded by mountains,fascinating views,silvery snow,and very friendly people. The roads were created around the mountains.The costumes were very attractive.

Thimphu is the capital of Bhutan, and also the name of the surrounding valley and dzongkhag. The town, with a population of 50,000 (2003), represents the largest population center in the country. Thimphu is located at 27°28' North, 89°40' East (27.4667, 89.667).
