I went there twice, 1st time in '83 and 2nd time in '85. The first time I went there, I went during the off peak winter time, and when I revisited the place, it was in the middle of summer and not as good. My recommendation, therefore, would be to stay at this place during winter. Why? You can be sure to catch all the kangas during feeding time, when there are no tourists (and their bratty kids) to scare them off.
