I am a mother of two and have not been able to travel anywhere. When I was 16 I had these great plans after graduation to travel the world and meet new people and see great things. Well that didn’t happen… I got pregnant at 17, my boyfriend left me and I was five months from graduating. The rest of my story is not that much better. I had a second child from a failed marriage and now have two children. So my life has been working hard and raising children. My oldest daughter just started University so I only have one at home who is 11. The reason I love WAYN is that I can live through other people’s travels. I figure if I can’t see the rest of the world, then I can bring it to me. Some day when I have the money, I will know all the wonderful places to go. Thank You for bringing the world to me!

Hi WAYN, I've never been on a site like this before. It's so easy to navigate through. It looks great too. Everyone is so friendly and genuine and since WAYN keeps an eye on what's posted, it keeps it clean and friendly. I've got all my friends to join and they in turn have done the same. Keep up the good work.

THE BEST THING ABOUT WAYN FOR THE WORLD... The best thing about WAYN is it unites the world. There are still many wars in progress, arguments, and racism. WAYN takes a step towards the future, and eliminates these things by finding common interests, goals, and travel destinations. THE BEST THING ABOUT WAYN FOR ME.... I met "THE GIRL" on WAYN. I’m not really a computer person, but I found this site all about travel which I love and signed up. The computer found me a match, someone who was traveling here in my home town. She didn’t know anyone or what to do. I took her out one night with a few buddies to show her the town. We hit it off right away. She has since moved home. We both would love to see each other but cannot afford it. If I won this trip I could surprise her with the trip and my company and will all be because of WAYN.

I think WAYN is fab. It’s useful to people who would normally not get the chance to meet many people because they are either shy, or don’t get the right opportunities to meet people. They can meet people in there own neighborhood with the same interests. I think it promotes confidence in individuals who have low self esteem because it gives them a place where people are not judged solely on appearance and insecurities are hidden. I think people feel they can truly express themselves to people this way (WAYN) without being judged and without uncomfortable feelings, and make new friends who support and encourage them. Lastly I think its a great way to change the course of peoples lives forever, people meet, start dating and eventually fall in love and marry, have kids, all because of WAYN. It’s great for travel buddies, reunions, forming clubs etc. It’s a great shared network of interesting vibrant people, who more often than not are very friendly.

Best Thing? 200 words? Not doable. It’s a “choose your own adventure” guide, where you are both the reader and the writer. Just a get-to-know-people site? Nah, tons of sites like that already. Advice on traveling? More like it, but still not accurate enough. I was about to call WAYN a “place”, but I’m not sure that’s precise enough. I mean, I’m not probably the best example of how to use WAYN; I’m new here and everyone I’ve met has traveled more than I did, but I still managed to meet fantastic people, here in my home town, and I believe I’ve shown Buenos Aires to quite a few. WAYN is where you get to “construct” your own custom-made tourist guide. You get to ask and take advice from people, with the benefit of getting to know them first, through chats, mails, and occasionally, personally. This means not only getting to know fantastic places (some of which you didn’t even know existed), but also getting there in time, in the optimal circumstances, and sometimes, with great company. WAYN isn’t just about traveling. It’s about helping fellow travelers and being helped by them too. Bottom line, it works.
