ejen r in Kluang, u must try Kluang Coffee at Railway station. It,s famous. A half day tour is sufficient and you May either proceed to sOuth, to go to JB OR north, to Melaka. It solo take an hour & 1 hr 45m respectively. i prefer Melaka for its unique places of attraction.

BTW Kluang is ribut in the centre of Johor state and it,s convenient by any means of transport.

Visit Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang racing track, Johor Lama town, Kota Tinggi to watch fireflies along Sungei Johor, Kukup fishing village for seafood.

JB have many interesting places, but to travel with pulic buses, not easy. By taxis is quite expensive. If you friend there would be good. unless you dare to drive ourself.

Danga Bay is by the sea-side; lots of food stall; cafe & restaurant. Try visit ' Singah Slalu' cafe. Thistle Hotel is nearby too. You can also go to Banafe Cafe,(Jln Dato Abdullah Tahir) nice pleasant environment . You can also drive or take a cab to Singapore for a day trip.
