if you come to tijuana, the places you can visit will be 'plaza rio' and in the area is also centro cultural, where you can find an imax movie teather, and you can walk through those places it's a beutifull zone, and from there you can see wich other places you would like to visit, but from tijuana you can go to 'puerto nuevo' to eat lobster mmmmm that's just a few tips from TJ, nice trip!!!!!!

what is the most beautiful thing in mexico?

David Hernandez from Hanford, United States David Replied to Nana's answer
Then you visited a small area for short period of time. If you spoke the lanage and did some serious touring you would find the people friendly and always willing to help!

A new part of town happens to be in an old part of town. Revolution street in downtown Tijuana is worth a look

The mexicans have started a renaissance of the night clubs on Avenida Revolucion, with fine restaurants like El Museo or Chiki Jai and clubs for dancing like Las Pulgas. North and west of the big arch is the Mexican Red Light District - La Zona Norte, with lots of strip clubs, hookers, drugs and crime. I recommend avoiding this area, specially if you do not speak spanish and more so after dark when it gets MUCH more dangerous. If you go, use a taxi in AND out. It is only a $3 dollar ride from the border or back again.
Tijuana has so much to offer for everyone, its a shame it gets such bad press.

First decide, WHY you want to see Tijuana. Then set off to see the sites. Plaza Rio is a MALL, just like any US mall, with a mexican flavor to it. The Centro Cultural is just across the street and well worth the time if CULTURE is your thing.Avenida Revolucion is almost dead from a lack of tourists in the day time. Time was, that was THE PLACE to see.

The most visit city in the world is Tijuana, come over, it is a good beginnin to know Mexico, her you can find people from around the country and the world, the beach, parks, shoping center, stadium, auditorium, plaza monumental (bul fitgh ring), Cultural center, wax museum, and other museums, the best is its people and the traditonal food in the diferent restaurants, and the famous house of the caesar's salad, have a picture of the city with a donkey painted like zebra on reloucion street, there are many things to do at night too.

Since I have been asked to give my tip...I'm going to be honest about it. I myself would not go to TIJUANA, MEXICO. FIRST: It is not a very nice place to be...here in America is called the "TRAFFIC OF DRUGS AND HUMANS"...You must watch for the "POLICE"
They are the most corrupted people in town. But at the end is all up to you!!!!
