Anything North of Mexico city is a war zone. I worked between May and Christmas in Nuevo Laredo on the border.Finding bodies on the way to work nasty. Stick to the resorts in south. If you dont know your way around Mexico its no place for the faint of heart.Dont buy dope off anybody you become a target. Any canadian killed or beat up brought it on themselves in my expierience. Stay safe.

If you visit Salitillo go and try the cabrita (goat) at el meson principal it is out of this world. It has a similar taste to that sweet lamb flavour yummy!
