Enjoy carnival time, two weeks from now there will be a motorcycle festival... if u want to dance and drink, go for it on OYSTER; for oldies jungle just or latitud; travel inside the city by bus is cheap, eat at the municipal market, it's grease but it taste mmm, be kind and help people, they're nice, go to old Mazatlán by the coast, there are many nice places, and cheapest, |

Come to Mzt. No matter what people from outside say Therre are American and Canadian Communities living in this town for years. They dont want to move because they like our place, and it can be your place too.

Carnival is coming, followed after Easter by Semana de la Moto, largest bike rally in Latin America.

Stay in Old Town, right on the beach. I forget the name, but there's a restaurant with rooms above. Very cheap, at the time (1988?) Take the Pnulmonias to the big hotels and use their facilities, pool, bar, etc. for free. Go to Senor Frog's at least once. Have fun!

Do not buy cigars from the merchants trying to sell their goods on the beach, as they very seldom are good. Enjoy the mexican weather it is always great,food is cheap and the nightlife is fun.

this city is a true delight to behold. from the beaches to the hotels right off the beaches to the nightlife. we stayed in a hotel suite right off the beach and at night they set off fireworks right outside of our balcony. it was an awesome experience. i would highly recommend this city to visit if you wanna go to Mexico.
