My hometown...A man sized-city: u can find here all u need, without being busy like a bigger city. This is a city where u can find hidden and unexpected treasures on every corner. I'm tialking about things that make Bologna even more special. U can't define u "bolognese" (Bologna living person) if you don't know Bologna's hills or Bologna "little Venice". Do yuo know that Bologna is Italian Basket City, and that soccer is NOT the most important sport around? Have you ever heard about the 5 American Football teams in B Area? Which one of you knows that u can walk underground to see a Roman bridge in the very center of the city? Or that you can find 7 churches in one? Visit Bologna!

Maybe the most italian art town that belongs to italians : not that many people use to visit it, they use it more as a drop place, but actually it's worth to visit one day. The historical old downtown is big and has a lot of attraction. The region around is gorgeous : from the Po river delta (national park) down to the northern adriatic beaches (some are covered with pines trees forests and channels/rivers like close to Ravenna), the arts towns around are among the most interesting (Comacchio is the small Venice, Ravenna was a byzantine capital, Brisighella is one of the most beatiful villages of the region..., Florence is just 60 km away...), it worth it to go to Bologna and its region !!!
