Went to Mumbai last October for a conference and was shocked at the level of traffic on the street - you should always leave very early morning to avoid the rush! Customer Service was simply brilliant and the food is delightful if you know where to go! I was staying at the Tal Maj President which has some of the finest restaurants - you should check it out!
